If I return items to FatFace, does the sender get notified?

I received some pyjamas for my birthday last week but they’re too big. A paper gift receipt was included and the PJs were purchased in store.

If I return to store to swap for something else, will the sender get notified (for example if they also get email receipts)? I’d hate to embarrass them (or myself - they bought a 10 and I’m now a 14!).

No they will not be notified.

Not if you have a gift receipt you can just exchange for correct size - although there were hardly any pjs left in my shop recently. The new collection is coming out and I’ve got vouchers so am saving them for something I like ☺️ hope you find something nice
