I'm sure no one was surprised by how rubbish the switchover to Capita has been. I can now log on but previous ABSs have disappeared- is this the same for everyone? (I have mine downloaded- just fretting about whether all the information has carried over correctly.)

They’ve said it will all appear eventually , I’ve taken copies too but also keep track of what my position should be on a spreadsheet

Crapita have asked everyone to wait and not send in complaints because it's the same for everyone..... because they clearly fucked it.
