Car insurance for a support worker?

I do some work as a support worker and use my car for that. So take people to appointments, meetings, socials etc. I'm trying to renew my car insurance but the insurance company I was with now say their business cover doesn't include having passengers in the car even though it did last year. If you use your car for this kind of work, which insurance company do you use? I'm struggling to find this information online. Looks like I have to call each company one by one to find out. Any recommendations please?

Work should sort it or pay

They don't though, each support worker needs to sort it out themselves. I didn't have to pay any extra on my current insurance for business cover. But now I quickly have to find a different company.

I foolishly thought I could just renew with the same company, left it a bit late as well. Good that I checked before paying! Just don't know where to find an appropriate cover now.
