Is this worsening menopause symptoms or an I actually ill?

I suffer with hot flushes. I was on HRT but it gave me truly awful mood swings. Since I stopped I feel much better in myself but do have to put up with the flushes.

The last couple of days they've been constant, but I do also have a sore throat and slightly stuffy nose.

Are you able to take your temperature with a thermometer to establish if you have a fever?

I thought HRT was meant to help with the mood swings? Maybe the dr could alter your dose
