All inclusive holiday recommendations

I am looking for recommendations for an all inclusive holiday for February half term somewhere warm and not really expensive for myself and my DC18 and DC6.

Canaries? Depends on your definition of warm v hot.

Looking at mid twenties where we can swim in the pool

It's winter in Europe - Canaries will be your best bet, southern Tenerife with a heated pool- but it might still be too cold.
