Pillows!

I’ve reached the age where sleep is becoming the make or break of my day! Not sure what’s happened but my pillows are driving me mad. I’ve bought all sorts of new pillows from high street shops, none are right! Social media is full or expensive pillow recommendations- I’m not sure if they are real or worth it. Does anyone have a recommendation of a pillow they can share?

Pillows I’ve got these. They were recommended on here.
I wanted super king ones which reduced my choices. These are brilliant, quite firm and they will send a free bag of extra filling.

@RosesAndHellebores No, don’t plump them in the morning but will now!

Tempur pillows. Hideously expensive but we got 2 free (erm included in the mattress price really) with a Tempur mattress.
Omg I have never had such a great pillow or mattress.
DD and her DP swear by Premier Inn pillows which are more affordable.

We have adjustable pillows. Got them on amazon for about £30 each. They are filled with shredded memory foam and you can add/ remove the filling to make it comfortable for you. Because both DH and I like a firm pit, we bought an extra one and took out some of the filling which we then added to ours. The third pillow is now much flatter and is used by dgs when he stops over. The brand we bought isn't available currently, but there are a lot of similar items at reasonable prices.

I had the same problem and found an Orthopaedic Memory Foam pillow (by Drifina) on Amazon. I can’t add the link but it comes up with lots of others if you type that into the search bar.

It’s AMAZING and I’ve been sleeping better than ever. It’s an odd shape and a bit ugly but is the best pillow for my neck and shoulder pain and I’d highly recommend it.

Down pillows are so comfortable.
I bought mine from Wilko of all places, just before they closed down. And they are incredibly comfortable.

I have had Tempur pillows for the last 17 years, I have the Symphony one and no longer get any neck issues.
My Dd tried my old one last year and liked it so I got her a Tempur smart cool regular shaped pillow for Christmas and she says it is great.
Expensive, but really worth it.
