Mattress topper

Hi,

My 12yr old has a double bed but the mattress wasn’t overly expensive, and as a result feels a bit lumpy. She’s already adult size at about 5ft8 so feel like she needs a decent bed. Can anyone recommend a mattress topper for a double bed please - maybe a memory foam mattress- that doesn’t feel boiling hot to sleep on? Thank you.

DD is at university and the bed is so hard, it's basically a slap of plank with a mattress on it.

We bought a Panda mattress topper, expensive but it's amazing.

John Lewis had a few different ones when we needed one ( a few months back). As ours was for occasional use, we went for a cheaper one which has been fine.

I got a really good one from Amazon. Get the thickest one you can afford, memory foam. Read the reviews.
Also, the more expensive Ikea one is quite good.
