Best Cook puddings?

DH and I were given a £60 Cook voucher and we’ve decided to spend it on some nice puddings for our upcoming birthdays in lieu of a standard birthday cake.

Any recommendations for best Cook puddings ? Best cheesecake?

The apple and blackberry crumble is gorgeous with custard. Tastes home made. The cheesecakes are good too

The fruit vacherin is lovely

I got the two berry mousse pots to titivate a pudding I was making. Used a spoonful in the hollow of individual meringue nests and topped with berries and cream. It was utterly delicious and just tart enough to cut through the sweetness of the meringues.
There was lots leftover and unfortunately I had to do the decent thing and eat it...😁
