What’s your favourite high protein, low cal, decent fibre lunch?

Looking for inspiration for next week’s work lunches.
im on MJ hence the above requirement.

You can mix it up a bit… swap feta for grilled chicken or tuna, swap chick peas for black beans or edamame beans. I use a pouch of mixed grains (from M&S) to save time. And also mix up the dressing a bit - if I’m having chicken/edamame I’ll add a bit of soy/sauce chilli sauce.

Melon and parma ham salad with feta, olives, crispy onions, romaine lettuce, baby plum or cherry tomatoes, a few croutons...you could add in any pulses or grains you fancy. I drizzle mine in balsamic but most things work.
