Bloody hell - I was wondering whether to stop my gym membership this year as I'm getting on a bit and exercise seems to hurt more than help but then I saw Liz and am reconsidering. I expect people will say the pics have been doctored but she still went to a party like this! I doff my hat, WOW

Photos were taken by someone she knows so probably photoshopped. Whatever else you think of her she's a very attractive woman. Seems happy with partner as well.

Opened this as I thought it would be someone saying wtf is she wearing. Yep, her figure looks amazing but have some dignity ffs. Its a party not the beach!

She popped up on my insta home page and I assumed they were old photos. Wrong! I'm sure they're tidied up a bit but she still looks amazing.

I mean she looks amazing but is it weird she shows no sign of ageing at all? She looks like she works hard though photoshop or not. Keep up the exercise op but maybe adapt it if you need to. You’ll be happy you did long term.

I love that she's usually got a big smile on her face and seems to be enjoying herself.

She’s the same age as me. Whilst I am probably a very similar height and weight to LH, my body absolutely doesn’t look like that 🤣

She must put in a lot of hard work so fair play to her.

She looks amazing. She is professionally good looking with everything she does geared towards that - daily exercise, what she eats, skincare, how she lives

@hby9628 yes I think I need to change my gym workouts, I might have to stop doing weights as I really suffer afterwards now. Shame as it's meant to help against osteoporosis.

It's reminded me to book pilates this week. Non-reformer class obvs as I'm a broke civilian 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Op have you tried anything more gentle but still powerful like pilates or yoga

How does she not have cellulite?

My mum still doesn’t (in her 60s and has put quite a bit of weight on in last few years). I’ve had it since my teens 😑. Very unfair.

I just saw the photos and was amazed too. She always looks gorgeous in the bikini photos her son takes but if that’s her now and in real life she looks incredible.

I used to do Pilates, maybe I’ll give it another go.

I don’t know why she doesn’t seem to have any signs of ageing at all eg no pot belly, saggy skin, stretch marks, bumpy bits, brown age spots, thread veins or cellulite.

Bet she didn’t enjoy as many pigs in blankets as I have over Xmas tho, every cloud! 🐽

I think she really does look that good. Check out her 85 year old mother: good genes.
