My feet are absolutely freezing cold. (Amd my hands which breaknout in psoriasis)
Today in the car i had THREE pairs of socks on and my trainers and I was in so much pain with freezing toes. I took off my socks to looks and my toes were pure white.
Its so painful. It feels like someone is holding an icecube to my toes and I am getting ice burn.
Is there anything I can do?
Hard to get a photo but my toes go white/yellow.
Happens in a hot bath too.
