January tomorrow!

I don't know why, but I am really excited that it is January tomorrow! It feels fresh and new - all clutter removed from the house. Forecast is for blue skies, sun and cold weather. Spring and daylight is coming!!

My excitement is tempered by the prospect of going back to work following time off over Christmas. I have specific hopes of 2026 but I'm worried it will be one of those years that starts with a flurry of optimism which then peters out quite quickly.

I'm having my usual wish that I could ring up myself a year from now and ask a few questions, I wouldn't mind if the rule for the game was that the answers had to be cryptic.
