What’s your plans etc?

We’re very boring. Just a quiet night at home with DH and DC and nice food.
How about you?

Our neighbours have invited us round again for their annual NYE party. It's really nice....the kids play together, we all bring food and drink to share and it's only round the corner for walking home later! I'm looking forward to it.

Just me and my partner this year at home, having a few drinks together as well. We found most of our friends are either working or with other friends and family. So not really an exciting one.

Happy New Year - we're having a quiet one - we've just ordered a takeaway as I've suddenly realised that I don't fancy cooking.
Due to my medication, I get really sleepy so definitely won't be awake for midnight, so plan to take a glass of Malbec to bed and snuggle up and watch a movie and then when the fireworks wake me up, I'll smile and watch them and then fall back to sleep.

Out for a meal at favourite restaurant to see in NY at midnight with regulars. There seems to be same bunch every year. I have been going for 21 years and know the owner very well.

Nothing exciting I'll probably watch a bit of Netflix in sitting room on my own for a couple of hours, dh is sat out in the other room on his phone he never watches tv unless football is on! and he hates new year so goes to bed about 10pm or so
Kids are young adults and are heading out soon and the youngest is having a sleepover at her friends for the second year running
Tbh there's something about nye I don't like I feel like I'm leaving someone behind and it always makes me teary about people I've lost

Absolutely Jack all...watching the same crap on tv as every other evening! DH watches the same on repeat, he forgets hes seen it before fuck loads of times He thinks hes not seen it before!
DDog is pacing because numpties are already letting off fireworks. Dcat is on my bed completely ignoring it. Bored!
