It looks pretty good but I’m a beginner so could be mistaken. Anyone tried it that can confirm it’s good or not? Thank you.

I read that as 'gym prolapse' and thought... er, no thanks!

As a product that tends to be promoted across the Internet by people who have little post history or, where they do have some, have posts that predominantly stink of astro-turfing, it's the kind of thing I'd treat with a great deal of suspicion.

I have one and barely used it. It's more of a faff than the videos make out and in retrospect I should have just got a list of exercises where you just use your body weight to work the different muscles.

So glad I’ve seen this, my fb is full of ads and videos about this product and was contemplating buying it instead of going to the gym. I do suspect if it was as great as the videos suggest we’d be see them everywhere instead of weights and machines.

Yes dont do it. A load of rubbish. Bought it few years ago, used it once. And felt my technique wasn't right etc. Waste of money i think x

I’ve just got one of these and I actually think it’s really good. It has good reviews on Trustpilot and Men’s Health, and even though I’m only a few workouts in I think it’s a good bit of kit. Time will tell though.
