Has/is anyone done/doing this?

Our first attempt was 2020, so you can guess how that went..!

Ready to reattempt this year. DC is 7, is always up for a challenge and is keen to get started tomorrow

I didn’t know this was an actual challenge but we easily do this, probably slightly more, but we do have a dog so that makes it easier for us!

I've never heard of this! Tbh I'm a bit torn between loving the idea of deliberately fitting in time outside and not being so keen on the modern obsession with 'tracking' everything!

I definitely feel I would benefit from more time outside. At this time of year I go both to and from work by car in the dark. Most days I'm not outside at all.

I might give this a go. I wfh am a self confessed hermit, worth a punt even if I don’t hit it!

For the benefit of your friends, please don’t post about it on social media. 😆😆😆😆

😆 fear not, I have cleansed all social media from my life (except MN!!)

We are a dog owning family but they are both now very elderly (15 and 17yrs) and do little more than a few pavement plods each day and bimble around the garden. We are quite outdoorsy anyway but DC is very driven by anything with some sort of visual motivator/reward

It’s a very laudable aim and a nice thing to do - best of luck!
