I got a ninja foodi blender and soup maker for Christmas. I was very excited to get it out and have made tomato soup.

It has lots of other functions and it can do deserts as well. Does anyone else have one? What do you like to make?

I love my ninja soup maker. I tend to just use if for soups although I do sometimes make a smoothie maker with it. I had it about a year before I discovered the saute option, and the chop action too. Game changer. It really does make the best soups. My original ninja broke and I bought a cheap replacement soup maker, no comparison. I bought a second hand base for the ninja so I am back to delicious soups again. I use a lot of lentil, or chickpeas in my soups, so so nice. Churitzo with lentils and tomatoes makes a great soup, as does anything with sweet potato and peppers.

lentil soup - Chuck in a whole onion, half a carrot, half a potato, garlic, cup of red lentils, tomato paste, cumin, cayenne, chilli flakes, lemon juice, stock cube and two cups of water. Feels really wholesome and nourishing in cold weather and like you’ve made far more effort than throwing things in a blender!

I only make soup with mine - but I do it every 3/4 days so it’s been well worth the money

Lentil soup is my favourite so I am going to give that a try.

I am also going to make some homemade pasta sauce because one of my children does not like anything with lumps in.
