The HK and UK retail banking markets are very different. Market concentration, consumer behaviour, regulation and even how banknotes are issued.

I really struggle with banking as I always get long numbers muddled up, including mobile phone numbers or passwords. No idea if there's a special word for it but it really affects my life now I can't do face-to-face.
