Outsourcing cleaning/laundry/bins

Hi all

I have a bad back and certain jobs around the house make it worse. I'm looking at outsourcing what I can but don't know if a cleaner would/might do all the following...

-Change the bed (it's not soiled, just slept in).
-Do laundry (hanging it out/putting on airer).
-Put the big bin out (it needs dragging 50 or so yards down the street for bin men to empty).

It could all be done in a single visit if on the right day. These are the tasks I find most painful due to weight and stretching. But is cleaner the right word for what I am looking for?

Alternatively I use a laundry service; suck up the pain from putting the bedding on and off... But how much you you pay a local young person to do the big bin each week?

Also open to other ideas. X

My cleaner does all of what you want. I had a frank chat with her before she started and she agreed .

You can apply to your local council and arrange for the bin men to take your bin out and put it back. This is a service they provide if you're not able to manage it.
