What are your "green flags" when eating at a family restaurant?

For extra clarification by "green flags", I mean things that a restaurant must have to cater well to your preferences!

For us it would be a large children's/juniors menu and freebies for the kids (balloons, colouring sheets!)

It’s not a must-have but I will always return to a restaurant that makes sure the food on a child’s plate isn’t piping hot and doesn’t have food touching other food. My nephew is ND and can’t eat food that touches other food (I know it can be an issues for NT kids too especially when it’s something like baked beans included), I really rate the places that already has this down.

One that does a smaller version of adult meals.
