Cbeebies panto

My 3yo has been captivated by the cbeebies pantos on iPlayer and would love to see one live. I know they travel across county so that's a factor to take into account.

Wondering about the realties of it, has anyone been? Can you tell me of your experience, especially how you got tickets?

Has no one been in the cbeebies panto audience?

We went to this year's, in Bradford. Getting tickets wasn't easy - there were two ticket releases, advertised on the Facebook page a couple of days before, and we managed to get tickets on the second release after my husband spent an hour and a half on the phone to the theatre. Think it was about £20 a ticket? We absolutely loved it though and would definitely try to go again if it was anywhere near us.

We have watched every other one on iPlayer many, many times and I think my DH and I were just as excited as the kids to see it! Highly recommend if you get the chance.

It only seems to have 400 odd members and I'm skeptical it's the right one....

When was the show?

Can't follow the link for some reason but think it's Cbeebies parenting or something similar on FB. I only followed it originally as an advert! The show was in the middle of October and we booked tickets I think at the end of the summer holidays/start of September. I'd imagine there's a website too so I'd have a look and pay attention to where it's going to be on next year. Good luck!

My kids loved them too and I seriously considered travelling to Edinburgh one year, from London. You have to keep an eye on CBeebies pages as PP says, around Sept/Oct.
our local panto actually hit CBeebies Andy that year so we pretended it was CBeebies and went that, so worth keeping an eye on the individuals as well.
