This had everything going for it…until I saw cranberry juice! Which brings back memories of being 18 and being very sick on too many Woo Woo’s. I haven’t touched cranberry since (I’m 45!) 🤣

Hugo - elderflower cordial (or St Germaine if you can get it) and prosecco, add soda to turn it into a spritz. Very simple but very lovely and can be mixed by the jugful.

Mojitos if you can pick up some packets of fresh mint leaves (mint and sugar smashed up a bit with white rum/Bacardi and soda).

Ooh - or chocolate oranges: just mix Tia Maria and orange juice.
