Payments in my bank account pending

Hi, I've just checked my bank account and some payments I've made on my debit card before christmas are still pending. Any payments usually made appear pending and then are marked as paid on my account the following day. I'm concerned as my rent is due and although I've paid it to my landlord, it's still marked as pending so he won't have got it yet. Is this because of Christmas? Thanks!

Thursday and Friday were bank holidays and then it was the weekend, all non banking days. Payments will likely clear today

Hello, my payments are still showing as pending. My rent is due on 1st and now I'm panicking it won't be paid on time as its showing as pending still.

It will defo clear before the 1st

As long as funds were there then it will be fine. Don't worry

Did you make your rent payment by debit card?
Just because they still show as pending doesn't mean they havent reached the beneficiary

And the 1st isn't for a few days yet
