Cushions. Annoying or what?

Hate them. Don't really add any value, constantly need plumping, picking up off the floor, moving out of the way. Irritating little bollockses.

I really need them for back support as all sofas seem to be made for larger people than me (i’m 5’4” so not even tiny), and I like curling up in a chair with a cushion to lean on

I love them but I see what you mean. My sofa is one that just has cushions on the back and we move them around to get comfortable so it’s divine in that respect but then they need tidying many times a day (we don’t but should)

the value is the looks and the comfiness

I don't find them comfy, I made sure to buy a sofa that was comfortable without them. They obviously are for lots of people though!

Hard disagree. I think they look nice and make the sofa more comfy.

I have to have a cushion to hug when I’m sitting on a sofa, feels wrong without one.

I don't use cushions on the couch they annoy me 😊 it's like the beds you see covered in cushions that just end up on the floor why bother? 😂

Excess cushions are piled up next to you on a two-seater settee to stop people sitting next to you.

Cushions on beds are thrown on the floor for spiders to live in.

Another short person here who likes having a cushion for back support. Bed cushions on the other hand are pointless because pillows do the job better!

I don't really like them, I definitely don't like bed cushions or loads of sofa cushions. However I do have 2 on my sofa ATM so I can sit sideways on it and lean against the wall. When I meet my goal of getting an l shaped sofa/chaise sofa instead I won't have any!

I also don't like them on other people's sofas. For some reason it feels but like borrowing a pillow. Weirdly personal and unhygienic
