Help me fully understand how much buying a house costs please.
We are in West Yorkshire for reference.
I understand we need a deposit plus:
A mortgage arrangement fee (may be able to add to mortgage)
A broker fee
Stamp duty - I know this is a percentage and have used the calculator
Survey - house 20ish years old and lived in it as a tenant for 10, what sort of survey would you recommend?
Solicitors fees
Am I missing anything? Can anyone help us with roughly how much we would be looking at?
