Vinted parcel issue - help!

Hello Vinted experts!

Wondering if anyone can help…

Notification received on Vinted app yesterday to say parcel has arrived, went to collect from shop, they said there is an error with the code & no parcel. Sent via Inpost.
Sender received notification as well.

Same today - went back to shop & no parcel.
Flagged with Vinted who said I need to click ‘there is an issue’ on the conversation page with seller.
But the only way to access the ‘there is an issue’ option is to click ‘mark as received’ I thought… and I haven’t received the parcel?
Anyone been in the same boat?
Not sure what to do next !!!!

I had the same problem a few moments ago. You need to message Vinted again and tell them you don’t have the ‘there is an issue” button but you need to raise an issue about failed delivery/collection. It seems to be a flaw / bug in their process. Also raise it to InPost that the shop confirms that the item has NOT been delivered to them despite their courier saying it was delivered.

Unfortunately this seems to be an occasional issue that happens now Yodel have merged with InPost. Yodel used to say they’d delivered to a shop when they hadn’t, and those same lying Yodel couriers now work the InPost brand unfortunately. I only get InPost deliveries to lockers now as a result.

I had to keep raising it to both Vinted and InPost every day for 3-4 days and eventually (after some arguing) they investigated gave up and Vinted refunded both the seller and I one month later. They made us wait the full time of course (bastards!).
