Wondering if anyone can help…
Notification received on Vinted app yesterday to say parcel has arrived, went to collect from shop, they said there is an error with the code & no parcel. Sent via Inpost.
Sender received notification as well.
Same today - went back to shop & no parcel.
Flagged with Vinted who said I need to click ‘there is an issue’ on the conversation page with seller.
But the only way to access the ‘there is an issue’ option is to click ‘mark as received’ I thought… and I haven’t received the parcel?
Anyone been in the same boat?
Not sure what to do next !!!!
