Split condom last night

We had a bit of accident last night, a split condom first time in our relationship. I am bit scared as we already have two DC and we have a good little setup. I haven't been tracking my ovulation as my baby is only 15 months old and we are not looking for having more DC. Can it really lead to pregnancy, just one off accident?

Of course it can. Go and get the morning after pill.

Get the morning after pill. That is what it is there for

If you really dont want another baby now, get the morning after pill. And then get an emergency foil fitted. The MAP wont work if you are ovulating.

Toothfairy89 · 28/12/2025 13:13

Yes of course it can lead to pregnancy. Pregnancy isn't an accumulation of weeks of sperm

Fortunately the morning after pill exists, as does the coil.

plenty have gotten pregnant after one accident. especially after a baby. MAP as soon as possible and fingers crossed.

Eh?

Well i assume she's no older as she doesn't know you can get pregnant from a one off accident. I've never known an adult who doesn't understand it only takes one time to get pregnant

@Hungryaunt please get the MAP and ask about emergency coil
fitting if you’re sure that you don’t want a third.
