Best pillows for sleeping upright post breast surgery?

I'm going to be having a breast reduction soon and have read that I'll need to sleep upright/ on my back for a while. If anyone has had to do this, can I ask what pillows/ set-up you'd recommend? I feel particularly anxious about doing this as I'm normally a side- sleeper due to back pain.

I used the V shaped pillows after surgery.

Yes, v-shaped pillows all the way. Argos do a wonderfully soft one that you can shape to suit you.

@Lifestooshort71 thank you, can you remember which one it was?

There's a really good FB page. UK breast reduction i think it's called, there will be loads of experience and recommendations on there.

I've had a quick Google and believe it was the £14 one. It comes with a thin pillow case but you can machine wash the whole shebang. As you feel a bit better, you can lie on your side and cuddle it like a comforting teddy! Good luck 💐
