Because DS's tooth has fallen out 🤣
So tired after visits from the elves and Santa all this month, and was looking forward to an earlier night. DS is SEN and struggles to go to sleep, but I'm hoping the excitement of the last couple of days will have tired him out. Wish me luck!

Ah dammit that is like when you think the holidays are over and Monday turns out to be an inset day!

We had a combined Santa AND Tooth Fairy visit (TF's first for DS2!) on Christmas Eve! Thank goodness my mum had a £1 coin in her purse, I thought that tooth was safe for another week or so!

Though we didn't do elves, so haven't been faffing all through December at least.

Got to bed just after midnight, tooth fairy visit successfully completed!

My son lost a tooth Xmas night and I was thinking the same, just wanted my bed! He also stated that he didn’t believe in the tooth fairy! Had a brain wave and the instead of putting his tooth in the pouch under his pillow I put a coin. So he woke up saying he knows I didn’t come in during the night but the tooth fairy has been and he believes now 😁 big pat on the back for mum!!

DS woke about half an hour ago, and I had to gently remind him to check. So, after all that, I could have just done it this morning 🤣 but too much chance for it to go wrong. Hopefully that's it now for a while, thank goodness there's no NYE fairy 🤣
