Iphone screen time

I’ve just checked my 12yr old’s screen time and it’s unusually high. So i looked at the individual categories and the Settings cat is up to 24hrs on some days!

It’s obviously running something in the background and not giving a true representation of screen time.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

Wonder if the screen isn’t timing out which is why it’s recording as high? As in the screen is on all
the time.

Possibly. But she switched it off fully each night, and it lives in my bedroom over night.

Usually happens here if there's an update due or if e.g. one of the parents' phones is updated and theirs isn't.
