What's in yours? In mine there is:

Stock made from the carcass this morning
Turkey
Chestnut stuffing
Chopped veg - sprouts, carrots, parsnips, green beans, sweetcorn, shallot
Leftover gravy
A dessert spoonful of cranberry sauce
Black pepper

No chopped pigs in blankets though - they all got eaten yesterday!

@TheTowerAtMidnight The clue is in the name.Confused

The stuffing is sausagemeat and chestnuts, not sage & onion as it breaks up too much. The gravy is what I made from the turkey cooking juices, and you eat cranberry sauce with turkey, so why not?

We probably won't have any plain veg left after having 3 plates of roast dinner each by tomorrow but there could well be some cauliflower cheese left which I'll boil up with vegetable stock and blend into cauliflower cheese soup.

There will likely also be leftover turkey which will be sliced and frozen for sandwiches, pasta or shortcuts to roast dinner later.

Wow never heard of that before…! I just made an epic leftovers toad in the hole - pigs in blankets, sprouts (bacon & chestnut), stuffing balls, carrots.
Planning ham and pea risotto tonight/tomorrow if we can face it but we’re all bloody stuffed!! Might freeze it anyway.
Find using leftovers up so satisfying!

Nope, Boxing Day is turkey curry day in our house. Once all the left-over turkey has been stripped off the carcass it’ll then go in the slow-cooker to make stock. Tomorrow will be soup day (probably with a side of bubble and squeak).
