I'm asking because I have issues with health and obsessive thinking.

My periods have been getting a bit more painful over the last year or so and this month it started on the 14th as scheduled but my day 1 (always my worst) was a bit worse than usual and my monthly accompanying migrane was bad.

Thing is, about 2/3 days after my period finished I started getting the smae cramps i usually get before my period, Xmas Eve i had a mild migrane and now I have my period- is due- death - farts. Sorry. Gross I know but I do only get them when I am about to come on.

No blood or anything yet but it definitely feels like I am about to have a period whem my last one only started on the 14th Dec.

The reason I am worried is because I have MH issues and watched a video of a lady who had ovarian cancer and ignored symptoms and her husband said longer than usual periods were one of them.

This is the first time this has occoured.

I think it's pretty normal for your age - same as mine. Mine has been much more painful than normal this month! I asked my friends the same question , similar aged friends are having similar experiences !

Also happens to me when I'm less active. Try getting out for a walk every day especially in the week leading up to your period , I find it really helps with the cramps. When I was a regular gym goer I got zero cramps.
