Have you managed to avoid hearing certain Christmas songs so far this December?

I have successfully swerved songs by:

Shakin' Stevens
Slade
Pogues and Kirsty MacColl
Elton John
Showaddywaddy
John Lennon - Plastic Ono Band
East 17
Frankie Goes To Hollywood

The latter two probably don't count as their 'hits at this time of year' weren't Christmas songs.

I've only heard Last Christmas once and that was in November. Likewise, the Wizzard one.

I should add I'm always happy to hear Greg Lake, Boney M and Nat King Cole.

I won Whamageddon last year. Karma got me this year and I lost on 1 December!

Hey Mr Christmas by Showaddywaddy is easy to avoid coz it's so rarely played on radio or any media. I can't really remember if I've heard the Chris De Burgh song but i honestly don't mind it that much.

Wow! I'd forgotten about Mariah Carey's Christmas contribution - definitely a good thing. And I've not heard it this year. I'm sure I've also bypassed Band Aid but, to be fair, their intentions were good and put together remarkably quickly.

I'm in the US so I dont hear some of the best ones. They never play fairytale of new york, Slade, Frankie goes to Hollywood, shakin stevens, the darkness etc. Mariah Carey is on a loop though it feels like
