I thought it was Royals, charity workers and people who do good works but I’ve just spotted Rochelle Hume (must’ve been taking a short break from holidaying in Dubai that day) ad two people I know who are proper liggers - one who works in the music industry and another in PR. Right up near the front, too.

There is likely to be a whole committee that decides this at Kensington Palace months in advance. It’s people they want to thank from all walks of life.

Rochelle Humes is an ambassador for the Royal Foundation so I guess that is why she is there. The theme this year was about volunteering I think so I'd imagine a good chunk will be those supporting the VCSE sector. Without names for the other two you mention, I don't think any of us can add an explanation.
