Own GP or 111? DD possible cellulitis

We’re spending Christmas in a holiday home around 400 miles from home.

DD has a small red, hot, sore patch on her face. It looks to me like a recurrence of an infection/cellultis she got a couple of years ago.

I reckon she’ll need antibiotics.

Should I try for a phone consult with my own GP, or try via 111?

(in the morning - not urgent enough to get her seen now!)

111 so they can get you seen at a local hospital

keep an eye on it as it can spread fast

If you are sure it isn't just a bug bite then I'd probably go 111 for an opinion. Just coz cellulitis on the face can be more of a worry.

111 or walk in / A&E

Cellulitis is more common after 1 bout. Cellulitis I theface is dangerous. My mum spen a week in hospital with it. I've had it x 5 in my arms and legs and it turns nasty quickly
