Ordered a smart watch for DH which was due for delivery on Friday. While I was out (but DH and DS in) had notification to say delivered. But it hasn't been! There was no activity on the ring doorbell for 40 minutes either side of the delivery time. Have checked obvious places - no parcel.

Spoke on the phone to an agent yesterday who said they'd started an investigation and to give them a further 24 hours as it 'may have been mistakenly marked as delivered and may still turn up.' So at 5pm I need to ring again - but there's no way it will arrive before Christmas now 😩. It was supposed to be his main present and there aren't many other gifts 🤬

That’s happened to me before but I spoke to the chat agent and said I needed it for the next day so I got an immediate Amazon credit and re-ordered straight away. I’d have been asking for a refund on the Saturday so you could re-order.
