AKA, children in the Christmas holidays.
They are 3.5 and 6, so curious, into everything.. and wants to be wherever I am.
I’m trying to get the house cleaned up for Christmas.. but everytime I think I’ve accomplished one room they follow behind getting things out and bringing toys into that room. asking what things are, how long until lunch, can they have a snack, can we go somewhere today, what’s that, what’s this, why are you doing that, CAN I HELP.
I feel like I’m dragging a couple of dead horses chained to my back as I do my chores today.
they won’t just sit and colour or do crafts because they want to be where ever I am 🤣 I love them, and it’s not making me mad.. but I definitely feel the weight of not just being able to blitz through on my own.
I need to go and out clothes away in their rooms but I know that if I go in their rooms.. they’ll get all their toys and and it will be havoc in no time 🤣
