Sausage rolls

I love my sausage rolls cold so cook some ( well quiet a few) and like to eat over a few days.
But the pastry tends to go soft which i hate. I usuarly put them in a sealed container but still a bit soft.

Try lining the container with greaseproof paper and putting greaseproof paper between the layers if they're the small sausage rolls or wrapping them in greaseproof paper if they're big ones.

Have you an air fryer? If so, reheat to crisp the pastry again and let them cool off. Reheating is fine.
