Parents need to parent their children

My family and I have just spent the day at Hertfordshire zoo. Lovely place but seriously I can’t understand how some parents just let their children act like dragged up animals. They’re throwing items at younger children, snatching items out of other children’s hands.. is it too hard for their little darlings to have some manners and respect for others. #venting

Which side of the bars were you viewing the zoo from?

I hear you, I've got 4 and I've always gone for the strict but fair approach. My 4 have survived to 16-11 without anyone complaining about them.
