Canceled shopping being delivered

I booked 2 delvery slots on Tesco a while ago.
I canceled one for Monday but have just got a email reminder to say its being delivered tomorrow.

When I go into my orders it states Canceled in red ( i also got a receipt to say it was canceled at the time)

Do you think its just a glitch in their system or will it be delivered ? which I dont want its 6am so dont think I can call them that early.

Call them now and confirm it's been cancelled.
If it comes send it all back. Only problem is you will be charged for it and will have to wait for it to drop back into your bank account.

My Asda cancelled mine yesterday, so I had to reorder it for triple the delivery fee and most of it was missing. Fun fun.

Silly me my head was telling me they are closed on Sundays.
I will call them now and double check its canceled & are still deliving on Tuesday as planned which is showing up on the site fingers crossed.

This is why I don’t use Asda. My lovely neighbour suffers with anxiety so does all of her shopping online. The number of times ASDA have done similar to her, it’s ridiculous.

Asda did that to me one year-admittedly, we'd had snow, but they didn't even bother to tell me the order had been cancelled until I rang them to find out where it was. I've used Sainsburys ever since.

Just called them yes Mondays is canceled as I wanted and Tuesdays order is still arriving as planned.

He said its probarly a glich on system as xmas slots work a bit different.

So all good just didnt want 2 lots coming as I transfered bits from the Mondays to Tuesday slot, also didn't plan on getting up 6am on two mornings lol

It was me that canceled tomorrow's one and kept the Tuesday one,
the issue was today' a email said the canceled Mondays was still coming .

Glad it's all worked out
