DD and I often make these comments and sometimes have a go…

We both state that we can eat the whole tray of tiramisu but we could never finish one between us in one sitting…

Pretty sure I can eat unlimited amount of salmon, watermelon, raspberries, Greek yoghurt and smoked cheese.

@ZenZazie I take it, "Dinner tonight was a tub of Haagen Dazs Pralines and Cream?"
😂

XenoBitch · 20/12/2025 00:58

Pringles
The big sharing bags of crisps
Punnets of grapes
Chocolate Orange

None of of these are things I think I could eat the whole lot of... I know I can because I have done it far too many times Blush

I try not to buy multipacks of anything because they will be gone the same day I buy them.
I bought a 7 pack of Gold bars the other day with the intention of sharing them with a support group I go to. I ate one, and then a snackcident happened, and they were all gone. To be fair, they have shrunk so much over the years. They are pretty much fun size now.

Peas straight from the pod

My DM grows peas in her allotment, and they rarely make it home for dinner. She picks them and eats them there and then.

madaboutpurple · 20/12/2025 01:24

ginger biscuits
shortbread
milk chocolate digestives
dark chocolate digestives
trifle
tiramisu

canuckup · 20/12/2025 02:12

Those stroopwaffles you get in Amsterdam. I swear they do something to my blood sugar

Ohpleeeease · 20/12/2025 07:03

PauliesWalnuts · 20/12/2025 00:20

M&S dark chocolate and ginger Florentines
Bendicts Bittermints
Liquorice confits (but all the supermarkets seem to have stopped selling them!)

Sainsbury’s used to sell liquorice comfits @PauliesWalnuts Haven’t bought them for a while but I’m sure they still do.

Foxyloxy89 · 20/12/2025 07:07

Chocolate covered dried cherries from Boots. Just wow!

anon2022anon · 20/12/2025 07:12

Those Bakewell flavour fake Jaffa cakes from Aldi were the most recent find, and the little Ben and Jerry's chocolate covered ice cream balls. Onion ring crisps, they don't count as actual crisps. Probably fish fingers too.

45 years ago my lovely niece vowed that when she received her first 'real' salary cheque, she would buy and eat a whole Walls' Viennetta.
She did and was so ill that till this day she's not touched one. She dry heaves at the thought ............ a bit like me and Cherry B but that's another story. Smile

They must have been bigger back then, I could easily eat one to myself now and I don’t even like ice cream!

Blarn · 20/12/2025 07:17

Jaffa cakes, pringles, humous, cream cheese and crackers, tubs of yoghurt. I am certain and would place a bet on that I could eat a whole tray of tiramisu to myself.

aboveandover · 20/12/2025 08:05

@Mumoftwoboysaged4and5white chocolate ones???? Where??

I’ve seen them in all supermarkets in the UK. They are all on offer as well so doubly dangerous for me!

ZenNudist · 20/12/2025 08:09

Twiglets

OvernightBloats · 20/12/2025 08:12

Crisps with any kind of sugar added to them - I avoid these now and stick to ready salted.

Granola - sugar again! I have become better at rationing a packet, but in the past, especially with PMT, a packet wouldn't last long.

Lotus Biscoff biscuits - so small but dangerously addictive.

Guylian seashells - absolutely love them but struggle to stop eating them once I start.

Crumpets are also on the danger list!

Jewelanemone · 20/12/2025 08:15

Those little round M & S cheese biscuits, can't remember what they're called. There are nowhere NEAR enough of them in the box. They disappear in about 10 minutes. Come on, M & S, stop being stingey!

Iloveanicegarden · 20/12/2025 08:23

Marmite and cheese puffs from Sainsburys. Only 82cal per pack - but can't stop at one. Much, much nicer than cheese and Marmite on a crispbread

ArcticGrass · 20/12/2025 08:30

M&S cheesie wotsits….i limit myself to one sharing bag a year. I end up orange, dehydrated and happy.

PrincessHoneysuckle · 20/12/2025 08:31

Taramasalata.

deeahgwitch · 20/12/2025 08:33

M&S The Big Daddy chocolate bar.
Chocolate with caramel, peanut butter and roasted peanuts.
Utterly delicious.
I couldn’t eat a whole one but could eat a quarter of it !!!

FlyingUnicornWings · 20/12/2025 08:36

M&S do chocolate trifles. Individual, but also a family size one. I could polish it off in less than 15 minutes.

louderthan · 20/12/2025 08:40

A ball of mozzarella wrapped in slices of Parma ham. Have done it many times.
