Can you have flu without a cough?

Just that really. Temp, aching everywhere, sweating, dizziness, upset stomach, sneezing and runny nose but no cough at all.

I did earlier this year - no cough til about day 5. Positive test for flu day 2. Hope you feel better soon

I am not having the classic flu symptoms but I'm definitely more poorly than a usual cough / cold.

Symptoms have been gradual, not sudden onset and I've had no headache (usually headache in back of my head / neck is the first sign I'm run down or fighting something off)
