A good friend is in her first year of medicine post graduation (F1?) so doing placements in different departments. She has asked for some little notebooks for Christmas to use for note taking at work. I’ve found some that seem nice but are a bit under budget. What else could I get her to go along with it that would be good for a first year medic? Also if you have any specific suggestions about the notebooks before I buy them eg. top vs side bound, plain or lined. Thank you!
