Is this chicken pox or bed bugs bites

Unsure if it’s chicken pox chemist said it is but I have bites myself

poor Quality photo. Are they fluid filled? Ie tiny blisters

is the child unwell? Temp? Snotty?

Chicken pox usually increase quite quickly in number and they get little pus filled bubbles on each spot.

In my unfortunate experience of having bed bugs, the welts were bigger and they tended to be grouped together or in a line. If these are all over, I’d think they are less likely to be bed bugs.

There are other things that can cause a similar looking rash that aren’t chicken pox or bed bugs.
