Recommend me a murder mystery or escape room board game

I'm after a good family game, either single-use (and therefore quite cheap!) or multi&use (in which case I don't mind paying closer to £25-35ish). Probably collaborative would be better than competitive.

We play a fair amount of strategy-type games but would like something either murder mystery or sort of escape room themed, but I don't want to have to do the whole prepping palaver that you usually do with old-fashioned murder mysteries.

Is there anything that has that vibe, please, that people would recommend? Ideally 2-8 players (or teams).

Unlock games are good, you wouldn't want to play a second time as the mystery would be too easy to see solve but you get 3 per box and nothing gets destroyed so the resale market is healthy.
