Easyjet app not showing manage booking option. What am I missing?

Booked a package trip and it's letting me view booking but can't see any option for manage booking, which is how you're supposed to add a bag. Anyone else had this? It's the same on the app and if I log in on the website.

Does the app need updating? If not, perhaps try deleting it and reinstalling. Is there a chatbot on the website you can ask?

You may have done this already but try going on to Easyjet through their website on a laptop rather than using the app on a phone.
Alternatively you might have to phone them. I personally hate chatbots as they seem to go round and round in circles and you have to word your question in a specific way, which isn't always helpful.
