What is this rash on DD??

DD is prone to dry skin. Her inner thighs are having a bit of a flare of being dry and sore and we are applying moisturiser, however these spots have als appeared. Is it normal for spots like this to be caused by dry skin, or do you think I need to take her to the GP/pharmacy. She is an otherwise well and healthy child. Thanks.

Treat the child not the symptoms
if she is ‘otherwise healthy and well’ then watch and wait.
definitely not GP worthy at this point, possibly pharmacist if they don’t improve or she becomes systemically unwell

I think that's barely a rash & probably caused by a bit of chafing/itching if the skin is dry. Keep an eye on it but if she's otherwise healthy I wouldn't be worried.
