He might have a bad tooth.

Idontknowhatnametochoose · 16/12/2025 19:21

A dental issue perhaps?

Wasp or bee sting? My Leo used to love to hunt wasps, with predictable results.

Bad tooth or mouth injury. My old cat burned his tongue on the George Forman grill, and drooled but he was very obviously in pain and not eating.

Mine has this when a kitten and it was Stomatis (sp?) which apparently basically means sore mouth. Some pain killers and antibiotics sorted it out. If you have any cat painkiller in the house it is worth giving him a dose. I have a cat that fights alot so usually have a bottle.

Has he chewed something he shouldn’t? Any lilies etc in the house?

Thanks everyone, took him the vets first thing and the reckon he has licked something and has a mark on his tongue and roof of his mouth.
he is on medication and now banned from the utility and kitchen
