Best alternative history novels, films and television shows?

The crossroads in history thread got me thinking about alternative history fiction. I loved The Man in the High Castle series and the book The Plot Against America. I have Fatherland on my tbr list. Has anybody got any other good recommendations?

Even though I love Curtis Sittenfeld, I didn’t fancy Rodham…but then I read it and really enjoyed it.

Jo Walton's Small Change trilogy is excellent. Farthing, Sixpence and Half a Crown.

Also C J Sansom, Dominion.

I have no mouth and I must scream is brilliant - same author as The Man in the High Castle. It’s only short but horrifying.
