Is it just me or are all men over 45 on dating sites complete idiots? I sent a like to someone, his profile seemed normal and no where did it say he was only looking for excitement and no strings fun, he sent a message saying he’s only looking for fun, why couldn’t he have put that on his profile in the first place? I feel like I’m going to be on my own forever at the grand old age of 50, I mean he’s 48 my two sons in there 20’s act more grown up than men my age!

At least he was upfront with you about what he was in it for….most tell you after the fact now days

Putting it on his profile would have been better.

A few, it seems men my age don’t want a serious relationship.

Can you meet men without online dating?

It can be difficult I know.

Could you try to meet people naturally more? I met DP at your age, he was actually a neighbour and we got to know each other walking the dog etc. A friend of mine met her DP when having a rare drink at the pub with her son and watching him play pool, another met her DP when she started kayaking and met local kayakers.

Not really, I don’t go out much I only really go to work.
