Anyone else feel like weeks just blur together lately?

Is it just me or do the weeks seem to fly by at the moment? Between work, family and general life admin, I feel like I’m constantly catching up rather than feeling on top of things. Nothing dramatic, just one of those phases I guess. Would love to hear if others feel the same or if you’ve found anything that helps slow things down a bit.

I often feel this way. It's so easy for life to go on autopilot and every day, week, month becomes the same outside of holidays. I don't have any advice - but you certainly aren't alone!

The working week can feel like one long day punctuated by periods of sleep.

Yes. Every so often you have to make time to do something different so you have good things to look back on. Walk and a coffee somewhere nice. Weekend away. Go to the pictures in the afternoon. Sit and watch the birds I. The garden. Read a book.
